Scope of Services:
Heritage Auto Detailing offers comprehensive auto detailing services aimed at enhancing the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles. Our services include exterior washing, polishing, and full interior detailing.
Additional services such as paint correction, ceramic coating, and odor removal may incur extra charges, however these services are not currently available to the general public at this time.
Appointment Booking and Cancellations:
Customers are required to schedule appointments in advance by contacting Heritage Auto Detailing via phone, email, social media, text, or any other method listed on our website.
Customers must provide at least 12 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $40.
Preparation and Safety:
Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, money, and significant items from the vehicle before the detailing appointment. Heritage Auto Detailing shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the detailing process.
For safety reasons, customers are required to remove child car seats from the vehicle before the detailing appointment. Heritage Auto Detailing will not remove or reinstall child car seats.
Pricing and Payment:
The pricing for our services is determined based on factors such as the size and condition of the vehicle, the type of services requested, and potentially the service location.
Heritage Auto Detailing reserves the right to adjust the pricing if the condition of the vehicle differs significantly from the information provided by the customer during the initial consultation or booking.
Invoices must be paid in full by end of day (11:59 pm) after completion of the detailing services. Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit, or etransfer. Late fees will apply in the event of a late payment.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Limitations:
Heritage Auto Detailing is committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, customers acknowledge that certain limitations may apply, particularly in cases involving pet hair, sand, stubborn stains, or persistent odors.
While we will make every effort to address these challenges, complete satisfaction cannot always be guaranteed.
Liability and Disclaimer:
Customers acknowledge that auto detailing involves the use of specialized equipment, tools, and cleaning products, which may pose certain risks.
Heritage Auto Detailing shall not be held liable for any damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint damage, or interior damage, arising during the detailing process, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the technician.
Privacy and Data Protection:
Heritage Auto Detailing respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting their personal information. Customer data collected during the booking and detailing process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Insurance Coverage and Licensing:
Heritage Auto Detailing maintains comprehensive liability insurance coverage to protect both customers and employees against any accidental damage, injury, or loss occurring during the detailing process. Heritage Auto Detailing is fully licensed to provide services within St. Albert, AB.
Feedback and Reviews:
Customers are encouraged to provide feedback and reviews about their experience with Heritage Auto Detailing. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us continually improve our services.
Modification of Terms:
Heritage Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any changes.
Legal Action:
In the event of non-payment or violation of these terms and conditions, Heritage Auto Detailing reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including but not limited to placing a mechanics lien on the vehicle/property in question.
