Heritage Auto Detailing Gift Card Policy
Gift Card Value:
- Gift cards are available in various denominations and can be purchased online or in-person.
- The card value can be applied towards any service offered by Heritage Auto Detailing.
Redemption:
- Gift cards are redeemable exclusively at Heritage Auto Detailing.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used for services or packages.
Validity Period:
- Required by law, gift cards do not have an expiry date.
- Promotional or discounted cards may have specific validity periods, which will be clearly noted.
Transferability:
- Gift cards are fully transferable and can be given to others as a gift.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
- Heritage Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
- Treat your gift card like cash; a replacement will not be issued.
Refund Policy:
- Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Booking with a Gift Card:
- Please mention your gift card during booking and present it upon arrival for service.
Additional Charges:
- If the total service cost exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be paid at the time of service.
- If the service cost is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
Use Limitations:
- Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
Third Party Provider:
- Our gift cards are securely processed and managed through Square Gift Cards. Please note that Heritage Auto Detailing is not liable for any lost funds or issues arising from the third-party provider.
