We will service anywhere within St. Albert free of charge. Additionally, we can also travel up to 15km outside of city limits
Further distances may result in additional fees.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my vehicle take?
Most vehicles take on average 3 hours to complete. Our Exterior Wash n' Shine may increase up to 5 hours. Large vehicles and / vehicles in bad condition can take 6 hours or more.
Do you do paint corrections, coatings, etc?
We aspire to provide the best quality of service possible. While we further develop our skills in this area, paint corrections, ceramic coatings, and other extensive exterior services are unavailable at the moment.
When is payment taken? What methods of payment are accepted?
Payment is taken after all services have been completed and you - the client - are satisfied with the final product. To maintain trust with our clients, we will never ask for a deposit in advance.
Currently we accept cash, etransfer, debit, or credit. Detailed receipts available upon request.
When did Heritage Auto Detailing start?
Heritage Auto Detailing was founded by Liam Grant in the early spring of 2023. With years of experience from casual detailing prior to opening the business, we have since made hundreds of happy customers over the months. Our plans are to continue making cars look like new for years to come.
How do you remove stains from carpets and upholstery?
We use a combination of eco-friendly stain removing solution, steam, and brushes to remove stains from your upholstery. The process goes as follows: vacuum the area, spray with stain solution, agitate using a drill powered brush, then extract all the liquid using a high powered extractor. Depending on the material, we can also use steam to break down stains and grime to further facilitate the process.
The entire process may have to be repeated several times to achieve perfection.
Do you offer price-matching?
If you've received a quote from another locally managed company, we may match their price to get you the best service possible for the price you expect.
Proof of quote from a locally managed business (not a chain) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse any price match requests.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
