We reserve the right to alter pricing upon visual inspection of the vehicle or refuse the job if the condition differs from when the initial quote was made.
Heritage Auto Detailing maintains a strict no-refund policy. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including for prepaid services or gift cards. If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, we will make reasonable efforts to address their concerns. Clients are entitled to up to two (2) service attempts to resolve any issues. After these two attempts, Heritage Auto Detailing will consider the matter closed, and no further adjustments or refunds will be provided.
