Winter Mobile Detailing: How Our Service Adapts

Published 2024/12/31 by Liam Grant

Changes to Winter Mobile Service

During the winter months, we will require access to a heated and/or insulated garage that provides enough space for us to work comfortably. We also require the space to maintain an adequate temperature of 10°C or higher for optimal detailing performance. This is because cold temperatures can affect both the detailing products we use and the overall quality of the service. By working in a controlled environment, we can ensure that our products perform correctly, giving your vehicle the thorough and careful treatment it deserves.

We understand that not every customer has access to such a space, but for those who do, this setup will allow us to continue offering our mobile services even during the harshest winter days. If you’re unsure whether your space meets the requirements, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assess or advise on any adjustments.

Friendly reminder that due to municipal regulations, we can not offer drop off services at this time.

Exterior Details Unavailable

Exterior detail services will be temporarily unavailable until spring / summer. Cold temperatures and icy surfaces make it challenging to achieve the high standards of quality we pride ourselves on. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to bringing your vehicle back to its pristine condition once the seasons change.

Why These Changes Are Important

Extreme cold impacts more than just comfort—it can reduce the effectiveness of cleaning agents, make water freeze during the detailing process, and even lead to complications like streaking or freezing on your vehicle’s interior surfaces. Additionally, our equipment, such as vacuums and steam cleaners, operates best in warmer conditions. Ensuring we work in a heated or insulated space not only helps us maintain our high standards but also protects your vehicle from potential damage caused by freezing conditions during the detailing process. Additionally, working in a safe and controlled environment is crucial for our safety and well-being. Cold temperatures can lead to unsafe working conditions, so we prioritize both our safety and the quality of our services by detailing in a suitable environment.

Thank you for your understanding and support during the off-season. Your continued loyalty means the world to us, and we appreciate you choosing us for your auto detailing needs. We look forward to serving you again soon, and together, we can ensure your vehicle remains in top condition all year round.
