Step 1 - Book Online
To schedule your appointment, simply click the button below.
Please use your personal cell number when booking, as we’ll be sending you updates via text.
Invoices will be sent to the email provided when booking.
If you don’t have access to the parkade, please contact Hines at 780-426-6088 or by email enbridge.centre@hines.com to arrange temporary access.
Step 2 - Appointment Prep and Liability Agreement
Removal of garbage and personal belongings
Car seats must be removed
We will not clean compartments with items inside.
Extra fees may apply if we must remove excess trash.
Key drop off
Leave your vehicle in your parking spot, we'll take care of it from there.
Keys must be dropped at the security desk (main lobby) at the beginning of the day.
You will fill out a key tag with the following information:
Stall Number
License Plate
Name
Vehicle Make / Model
You will hold onto the bottom part of the key tag and must return at it at the end of the day to pick up your keys.
Completion of service
You will receive a text message or phone call once we are done with your vehicle.
Your keys can be collected from the security desk by returning the bottom half of the key tag and presenting photo I.D.
Upon completion, an invoice will be sent to your email address containing a link to our online payment system. We accept both debit / credit online only.
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being issued. Late fees may apply after 24 hours.
Please sign the online liability form prior to your detail:
Failure to sign will result in a denial of service.
Notes:
You will be contacted via text / phone call in the event we have to alter the initial quote you received. The time duration given on the booking website is only an estimate. Your vehicle may take slightly longer than initially quoted.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers must provide at least 12 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellation / no-show fees may apply.
